At Son of the Sun, each piece is handcrafted with care. Please allow 14–21 business days for our artisans to meticulously craft and inspect your order.

1. Complimentary Shipping

We are pleased to offer complimentary standard shipping (EMS) on all orders over USD $300.

2. Shipping Methods & Rates

Choose the delivery service that best suits your needs at checkout:

・Standard Shipping (EMS): USD $25. Free on all orders over USD $300.

・Express Shipping (DHL): USD $100. Ideal for time-sensitive orders with priority customs clearance.

・Special Offer: For orders over USD $500, you are eligible to upgrade to DHL Express for a flat rate of only USD $25. (Note: To upgrade to DHL Express, please select "Standard Shipping" and add the "Shipping Upgrade" option to your cart at checkout.)

3. Processing & Production

As every piece is handcrafted, please allow 14–21 business days for production and quality checks. Once your package is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your package’s journey in real-time.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country.

• These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

• We recommend checking your local customs regulations before placing your order.

5. Undelivered Packages

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or multiple failed delivery attempts, the return shipping costs will be the customer's responsibility. We will assist you in arranging a re-shipment; additional shipping fees will be confirmed with you prior to processing.
