Worldwide Shipping

Handcrafted to order — please allow 7 to 21 days for production.

Shipping time depends on your country of destination. Orders usually arrive within 3-10 days.

We’ll ship as fast as we can — stay tuned.

We shipped via EMS air service FOR FREE by default, and will delivered straight to your door. You can upgrade to DHL Express for an additional USD$25.

We’ll keep you posted if there’s anything changes.

 

Return | Excahnge | Refund FAQ

-  Please ensure that your shipping information is correct. If a package is returned due to incorrect details, any additional shipping fees will be the buyer’s responsibility.

-  All items are made to order. Once your order is placed, production begins immediately. Returns or exchanges are not accepted unless the item is defective.

-  Pre-order items are also non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Please double-check before placing your order.

REFUND POLICY

Refunds are permitted within 24-hour of purchase.

Refunds are processed 5 to 7 business days after receiving your return. Please allow a further 7 business days for your refund to appear on your bank statement before contacting us. Please note that any delays in processing your refund back to your account may be due to your financial banking institution.
