Each piece by Son of the Sun is handmade to order. We reject the practice of mass inventory and overproduction to ensure that every piece of jewelry you receive is a unique entity crafted specifically for you.
2. Made-to-Order Policy
As all items are produced individually upon order, we do not accept returns or refunds based on personal preference (including, but not limited to: change of mind, incorrect sizing selection, or impulse purchases). Please carefully review all product information and specifications before placing your order.
3. Defects, Omissions, and Exchanges
We hold our craftsmanship to the highest standards. In the unlikely event that you receive a product with a significant defect or encounter an issue with order fulfillment, please adhere to the following guidelines:
・Definition:
。Significant Defect: Includes structural damage or clear flaws resulting from the production process. Natural textures or subtle artisanal variations inherent to handmade silver jewelry are characteristics of our craft and are not considered defects.
。Order Omission: Refers to missing primary items or accessories that should have been included in your order.
・Timeframe: Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package. Claims made after this period will not be accepted.
・Resolution: Upon verification of a significant defect or omission, we will provide a replacement for the same item or send the missing component. Refunds are not provided under any circumstances.
・Required Documentation: To protect both parties, we highly recommend documenting the entire unboxing process, from the unopened package to the verification of all contents. Should an issue arise, please provide the unboxing video along with clear photos of the defect or missing item, accompanied by your order number. We reserve the right to refuse claims if sufficient unboxing evidence cannot be provided.
4. Shipping & Transit Damage
Every piece undergoes a rigorous quality check before dispatch. If a product sustains severe damage during transit, please record the condition of the package upon receipt and contact us immediately. In cases where responsibility for transit damage cannot be determined due to a lack of provided evidence, we reserve the right to deny the claim.
